How We Store Your Google Data

Important: We Do Not Store Your Raw Google Data

Trackura pulls your Google data temporarily to perform forecasting calculations, then discards the raw data immediately. We do not have the resources or need to store all the data that users access from Google services.

Account Metadata Only: We store basic account information (account names, IDs, currency) for connection management.
Forecast Results: We cache forecast results and statistical models (not raw data) to improve performance.
OAuth Tokens: We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain your authorized connections.
Scope Tracking: We track which permissions you've granted to ensure proper functionality across sessions.

Data Sharing and Transfer

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Delete Connections: You can remove connected Google accounts from your Trackura dashboard at any time.
Account Deletion: When you delete your Trackura account, all associated Google connection data is permanently removed.

Trackura's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. All employees, agents, and successors are bound by this policy.
