Apply NowThere is no catch, just a transparent exchange of value. You give us permission to use your anonymized data to analyze, debug, and adjust our systems to accommodate your use case internally. In exchange for that valuable resource, we give you our software for free. You might experience an occasional bug or a forecast that needs refinement—that's precisely why we need you. Your data helps us find and fix those issues for everyone.
Your data security and privacy are our highest priority. Your data will be used exclusively by the Trackura development team for the sole purpose of improving the Trackura platform. This includes debugging data import issues, testing model accuracy, and training our AI/ML systems. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We will never share or sell your data to any third parties. Where possible, we will use anonymized or aggregated data for analysis.
You will have free access to the Trackura Premium plan for the entire time you remain a member of the Pioneer Program. This program is intended to be a long-term partnership. You can choose to leave the program at any time by disconnecting your data sources and requesting your account be removed from the program.
Very minimal. The primary commitment is connecting your data and using the platform for your own benefit. We may occasionally send you a short email survey or request a brief 15-minute call to get your thoughts on a new feature, but your active participation beyond that is entirely optional.
Not necessarily. To make the program effective, we are looking for a wide variety of data types, sources, and industries. We will review applications and select a diverse cohort of Pioneers that best help us address our current technical challenges and product goals. If you aren't accepted right away, we may keep your application on file and reach out in the future.
